I have a problem with my order
Whatever the problem, we invite you to send us an e-mail to hello@ma-loute.com and/or your customer account, indicating your invoice number as well as the problem encountered.
There is a product missing or there is an error on my order
If you notice that a product is missing during delivery by the carrier or that the package is not in accordance with the order, you must contact the consumer service at the email address: hello@ma-loute.com within 48 hours of delivery, indicating your order number and/or invoice number.
When a product is missing, or the package is not in accordance with the order, the company EDITA DESIGN will deliver the missing product as soon as possible.
Can I change my address, email or any other information before my order arrives?
You have the option to change your address, or any other important information that allows the delivery of your parcel in your customer space. You must change it before the order is in "in preparation" status and/or "shipping" status
Method of return
Under article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to cancel it without justification or compensation. If the period expires on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, it is extended on the first business day following the expiration day.
Within this period, you can return all your order" NO use, NO disconnect and in new state"accompanied by the invoice and an accompanying letter recommended with acknowledgement of receipt.
Any return must be notified to EDITA DESIGN by e-mail to the e-mail address :hello@ma-loute.com and by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt at the following address:

Only products will be accepted in new, complete condition (notices, labels, accessories) and in their original packaging in perfect condition of resale.
Our return or exchange policy
Unfortunately, because of the nature of our products: menstrual panties, menstrual CUP and hygienic protections in VRAC or our BOX "towels and/or mixed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
For other products: Kit first rules, and cocooning space, the return fees are your exclusive charge. Likewise, the risks when transporting returned products are your responsibility.
Method of reimbursement
The refund of the order, including initial shipping costs, thus cancelled and returned will be brought to the attention of the person whose name appears on the invoice within a maximum of thirty (30) days after the receipt of the returned products and the control of all the products by EDITA DESIGN. In accordance with the second paragraph of section L221-24 of the Consumer Code, the refund may be deferred until the actual receipt of the product by EDITA DESIGN or until the Customer proves the shipment of the products by any means that can justify the shipment of the products to EDITA DESIGN (for example, postal purchase).
The refund will be made in the same manner as the Customer at the time of order or by the delivery of an asset.
