Intellectual property rights attached to the Site

The Site is a work of the spirit protected by intellectual property law. The Site and each of the elements that make up it (such as – and without limiting this list – marks, logos, photographs, pictures, illustrations, texts, video clips...) are the exclusive property of EDITA DESIGN, the only authorised to use the intellectual property rights and related personality rights, the latter not granting any licenses or any other right other than that of consulting the site.

Any reproduction of the material published on the Site is only authorized for exclusive purposes of information for strictly personal and private use. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, of the Site, or of any of the elements that compose it, on any medium, and in any form, for other purposes, and in particular commercial, is expressly prohibited.

EDITA DESIGN strives to update the content of the Site and to provide users with accurate information. However, EDITA DESIGN cannot guarantee the accuracy, accuracy or completeness of the data on the Site. EDITA DESIGN assumes no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions relating to data available on the Site and for any damage resulting from a fraudulent intrusion of a third party that resulted in a modification of the so-called data or unauthorized access by third parties to personal or confidential data concerning the user transmitted or stored on the occasion of the use of the Site. Access to the Site

EDITA DESIGN strives to keep the Site accessible, without being bound to any obligation to achieve it. It is specified that for maintenance, updating, and for any other technical reasons, access to the Site may be interrupted. EDITA DESIGN is in no way responsible for these interruptions and the consequences that may arise for the user. EDITA DESIGN will endeavour to the extent possible to carry out these maintenance, update operations for the shortest possible durations.

Cookies

EDITA DESIGN can implant a cookie in the user's computer that will identify it. A cookie is a small computer file recorded in the computer's hard drive. It records and stores information relating to the user's computer navigation on the Site (such as the pages consulted, date, time and duration of the consultation). Cookies do not allow the user to be identified. They are only used by EDITA DESIGN to customize the service offered to the user. EDITA DESIGN will be able to consult them during the next user visits to the Site. In no case can it damage the data in the computer. The user can oppose the registration of cookies by deactivating this function on its navigation software. Even when this function is disabled the user retains the ability to access the Site.

Hypertext links

The hyperlinks set up on the Site can lead the user on the websites of different partners. It is specified that EDITA DESIGN has not verified all sites possibly linked to its own, its content and the information present therein, and therefore declines any responsibility for the content, advertising, products or services available on these sites and the use made by the user. The use of these sites by the User is the sole responsibility of the User. The responsibility for EDITA DESIGN will not in the same way be incurred in the event that the user is, through hyperlinks in the Site, directed to illegal sites or services.

Furthermore, the creation of hyperlinks to the Site can only be done with the written and prior authorization of EDITA DESIGN. Personal data

EDITA DESIGN may be required to collect personal data about the user. In accordance with the provisions of the Information and Freedoms Act, the user is informed that he has a right of access, rectification and deletion of personal data concerning him. This personal data may be used for commercial prospecting purposes electronically by EDITA DESIGN subject to the express and prior consent of the user.

EDITA DESIGN retains the ability to modify at any time this notice of use of the Site, including the purpose of complying with any new regulations or legislation or to improve the user's consultation of the Site. Any change in use of the Site will be included in this notice.

Only legal mentions in the French language are believed in the case of translation of these.
These legal references are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of RENNES, subject to a specific jurisdiction over a particular law or regulation.
